The 26 Hectares of this private estate are home to the beautiful "Manoir de Coste Perrier". The property has been specially designed for family gatherings and friends' parties up to 24 people. Every detail is luxurious: large bedrooms ensuite, large Epeda beds, fine linen and towels, silk/velours bed covers and decoration, mohagany and teak furniture, hand painted plates, fully equiped kitchens, Satellite TV, DVD player, High speed Internet via Wifi, etc.

The mediaeval character of this building of the 14th century was carefully preserved.

The ground floor comprises:

The two buildings, Marquise Left Wing and Marquise Right Wing, are separated by a large wooden door.

Inclusive : summer rental taxes, electricity, heating, water, swimming pool cleaning, Linen (changed every week), full cleaning after your departure.
The overall represents 1000 Euros per week, included in the rental price.
Not included : phone, breakfast (upon request at an additional cost of 15 Euros / Person / Day).

Currency converter

The buildings must be rented together in July and August, as well as in the Christmas and New Year periods .
The buildings can be rented on short periods (WE or 3-4 days), upon request and according to the period.
The building capacity is 10 people for the Manoir, 8 people for the Right Wing Marquise and 6 people for the Left Wing Marquise. For each additional person (babys not accounted for) a 200 Euro additional charge will be added on the weekly rental price.
The swimming pool is heated from June to Septembre at 26°C.
Arrivals take place on Saturday as from 5:00 PM, departure on Saturday next before 10:00 AM.
You can book via Internet using our  "booking form" For your reservation to be confirmed, you must make a 25% initial payment:
1 - by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD (if you choose this option, we will wend you an e.mail with a link to the secured website of our bank).
2 - by bank transfer (if you choose this option, we will send you an e.mail with our bank details, and all the transfer cost must be born by you).
Upon receipt we will send you the booking contract for you to sign. Your reservation will only be considered confirmed after the return of the signed contract.
The final payment will have to take place one month before the arrival date.
A guarantee of 500 Euros for each building (i.e. 1500 Euros for the Manoir and both Marquises) must be paid before the arrival. The guarantee will be refunded within 15 days after departure, if no dammage is done during the rental period.
