There is a private and secure heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) adjacent to the house and sun loungers and parasols are provided. There is a terrace complete with a table and dining chairs under a sunshade awning. A barbecue is provided.

• On the first floor a large living-room with sofas, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with private shower-rooms and toilets (one room has two 80x200cm electric beds and the other has a queen size bed 160x200cm)

Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, food processor, vacuum cleaner

pool and outdoor facilities: sunloungers, parasols, teak garden furniture, Weber charcoal barbecue
